General Questions Customers May Have
How do I receive a free quote?
Email your layout or measurements to dgraniteman@zoomtown.com, fax to 513-735-0666, or stop in for your free quote. Also, please indicate on your drawing, if you haven’t already, if the sink(s) is a drop in(s) or undermount(s), what kind of stove you have: cook top cut out, freestanding range, or slide in range, and if you want backsplashes (standard size is 4 inches please indicate if you would like a different size). Plus, the granite color you would like quoted if you have already selected one. If you haven’t already selected a granite color, you will be quoted in the mid price range.
Do I need to make an appointment?
It is not necessary to make an appointment during the week. However, if you can call ahead we’ll make sure someone is available for you. Saturdays are by appointment only from 9:15 am to 1:15 pm. Please call the office at 513-735-0555 to make an appointment. If you haven’t been quoted, please send over your layout ahead of time, if possible, so it can be prepared by your Saturday appointment time. If you are not able to send your layout in advance please bring it with you. Also, please be aware that children 18 and under are not permitted in the shop due to safety reasons, and there will be no one in the office to watch them on Saturday as there is during the week days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you have granite and other natural stone to view at your shop?
We have both samples and slabs in stock to view in our showroom and indoor warehouse. We also carry many remnants (left over material from other jobs) for smaller projects at less cost. If we don’t have a particular color that you are looking for, we will try to order in samples for you. We also carry soapstone, marble, travertine, and limestone.
